I offer immediate services via phone, text, or in person at the hospital. I also provide you with 24/7 on-call phone and text support, plus six 4-hour sessions for you to use at any scheduled time within the first six weeks.
What are postpartum doula services?
Providing families with information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. A postpartum doula is there to assist you with the support you need in your home. Examples of services include help with light housework, fixing a meal, and helping incorporate an older child into this new experience.
The fourth trimester can be difficult!
That’s where I come in. I am readily available to answer any of the questions you forgot to ask before. You know, the ones you never even knew existed? This can be in person, over the phone, by text, or online.
